The challenge
The primary objective was to create a digital presence for a professional payroll management service that targets companies and organizations. The existing need was a website that could effectively anchor marketing campaigns and convert B2B traffic into high-quality leads. The challenge lay in taking a technical, often "dry" financial service and presenting it through a design that feels modern, trustworthy, and easily digestible without losing its professional authority.
The solution
I approached the project by merging custom visual storytelling with a data-driven conversion strategy. I designed the entire website from scratch, replacing standard corporate aesthetics with a custom-made illustration system created in Adobe Illustrator to humanize the payroll process. To maximize the impact of the marketing campaigns, I overhauled the content and information architecture, implementing a CRO-focused layout that guides decision-makers toward clear call-to-actions. The result is a clean, authoritative, and high-performing site that bridges the gap between complex payroll services and business clients.
